As entrepreneurs some of us have tight schedules , fast approaching deadlines as well as business teams we manage, train and travel with. We also have families we go back to after business is all said and done who love us dearly . So how can we manage all of this and still have a stress free life? Well at the end of the day its our responsibility to implement a few practices that can help us live a stress free life in business as well as in home. When we implement these practices on a regular it can lower or stress levels which in turn helps us become more productive and efficient in what we do! So here are 8 ways you can relieve stress in your network marketing business NOW!

1. Talk About What Stress You

When you are frustrated and feeling overwhelmed in your network marketing business call a friend or someone who you can share this with. A familiar voice such as a close friend, love one or business partner can actually reassure you and put everything into perspective. Talking about your stress is more important than you think and is important to living a healthy life.

2. Take One Thing At A Time

As a business owner or network marketer we sometimes can take on more than we can chew. We try to handle multiple projects, attend multiple training as well as complete multiple task with out having a true schedule to follow. When you make a To-Do-List, it makes everything a little more manageable as well as having a 1,2,3 format on what you need to accomplish during your day.

3. Exercise

Ok, we all know that a little exercise does a body right all day long. So when we relate this to your stress it goes hand in hand. When you are in or out of your office a little stretching and short walk can relieve alot of stress. But it's the more heavy forms of exercise that will yield the best results in the long term. This is why you may be interested in taking up something like tennis lessons, as this could be a great new way for you to get rid of all of your unused energy during the day. When you get the juices flowing this releases endorphin's which get the blood pumping and flowing and this sometimes is all you need.

4. Laugh

Laughter improves your mood and decreases stress. Think about it, have you ever seen a stressed out person laughing? Of course not, that's why a little humor can calm the soul as well as the nerves. Also deep breathing while relaxing can increase the flow of oxygen which in turn can clear your head and and also lower your stress levels. Being organized saves you time, helps you complete task as well as reduces pressure, frustration. One thing I noticed when I was not organized was that I always rushing, never on time and my stress level was constantly high. Once I became organized I noticed a 360% turn where I was always on time, not frustrated and not stressed at all because I had everything in order. So when you look at being organized, you look at having a clutter free stress less business because you took that extra step to keep things in order. Organization is a critical building block of a successful business.     Great suggestions Sean. My stress reliever, in addition to a few of the above is to listen to some of my favorite music. I get lost in the music, even dance some and that puts me in a great frame of mind to tackle anything. Thanks for sharing!

      As far as myself I am just like you, even though I did not add it to this article listening to music is one of my favorites as well. I find that slapping gin my ipod listening to some personal development or some go go music does the job and before you know it I am at peace and back in motion!
