As your coach, I am here to coach and help you to your highest level of success which also requires a commitment from you. Refund options are just a way for you to be halfway committed and halfway not committed. To work with me you have to be fully committed. It is to your benefit to decide before purchasing your package and committing to work with me that I am the right coach for you. If you are all in, I am all in with you.
If you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do go as long as you do so 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Your make-up session must be within a week of your original session date. Sessions not canceled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups.
